Trip to Stratford

Hello!

It’s time to write an article on the last week-end trip… Last Saturday we go to Stratford, Sharespeare’s hometown. I don’t remember how long we were in trains this day, but the photo of how many tickets we had can give you an idea! (4 trains to go, 4 trains to come back).

First, getting up at 6 in the morning! Train at St Helens Central Station at 7 AM. Then Liverpool and we jump directly in a train for Birmingham. Normally, at Birmingham, we had to take another train 10mins later, but we didn’t realise the other station was on the other side of the city! So, after missing the train for about 2 minutes, we go to Birmingham shopping center to have a breakfast! (it was 10am) One breakfast and shopping session after, we were in the train to Stratford.

We visit the town center, the park, and the tourist information point! And we discover that everything it charged here. You want to visit Sharespeare grave? You have to pay… Sharespeare’s daughter home? You have to pay… Sharespeare’s theater? You have to pay! We just take a look to everything from the outside, like the Sharespeare’s birthplace on the photo.

So finally we just visit the local farmers market and the the local pub!

We finally take launch by the pub at 4pm. I tried the « Pâté Maison » (en: home pate) but you cann still see the marks of the can on the pate.

And take care of the mustard here !!!

They have two mustards: French Mustand (horrible, with vinegar inside) and English Mustand (with Garlic)… Where is the real « Mustard from Dijon » ???

So, after buying some Muffins, we take the train back to Birmingham then Liverpool. Then we found a cool pub in Liverpool! I was tired so I came back to St Helens by the last train from Liverpool (11pm) but all others people stay al the night there !!! I still don’t know how Karima and S(e)ven survived the trip without sleeping two nights… Crazy people!

Thanks you for reading,

See u!

Ireland (Few weeks ago)

Hello!

Sorry for not putting any message on my blog for weeks but I was very busy…

Few weeks ago I was in Ireland for the Company. The office is closing and I have to backup all the data, unplug and pack everything to return to UK.

Nobody goes in the office for something like 6 months (thanks for the person who forget a cup of milk on a desk ^^). Here is a photo of the interior of the office:

I also had to go to a customer to repair a printer. I was four hours is a slaughterhouse (fr: abattoir) with the odor of blood… And it’s for very easy to repair a printer without tools, when you never saw the inside of a printer before!

Finally I repaired the printer the day after, at the office, with the appropriate tools and without the customer looking at me.

I didn’t have the time to send back al the office stuff to UK, so I will need to goes back there later during my Internship!

I will tell you when as soon as I know!

But the good point there is the B&B with the Irish Breakfast:

See u!!!
